This is the steps to take for the precision targeting in Nigeria to be superior

Spot on about the precision targeting in Sokoto revealing superior intel on command structures rather than just frontline skirmishes.  It's a stark reminder that insurgencies thrive on enablers in the shadows, and dismantling them is key to real victory. However, the diplomatic fallout is real: Nigeria's global image takes a hit, potentially inviting more scrutiny and restrictions.  Trump's move, while overdue, forces accountability on our leadership's long-standing failures in counterinsurgency and narrative control. Let's hope this catalyzes decisive domestic action without escalating into broader intervention.

Genoa retains a percentage of Bornosuzov's rights

The new power in CSKA Sofia is apparently totally changing the financial mentality of the club. The requirement to the operational chiefs Stoyan Ormandzhiev and Filip Filipov is that the name of the "army men" will never again be involved in transfer scandals, let alone reach the courts in Nyon.

The first signal of the wind of change came from the transfer of Ioan Bornosuzov. The Reds teenager's contract with Genoa expired and he returned from Italy as a free agent.  The interesting thing is that the Serie A club also missed the period in which to officially offer a new contract to Tarana, with which to guarantee at least compensation in the form of a "training fee", which varies from 20 to 100 thousand euros.

CSKA - Sofia got back a great talent from Genoa

Despite the omission, the "Army" called the offices of Genoa and, appreciating the investment made by the Italian club in the new number 9, invited the gentlemen's club from Genoa to offer a way of financial compensation.

In the end, compensation of 7 percent was agreed upon in the next transfer of Bornosuzov abroad. Thus, the possibility of Genoa having any legal claims for a "training fee" has been eliminated.
