"I just want to say that the successes of Ludogorets are mostly due to teamwork. This is extremely important, and during the time I have worked here, I have always relied on this. We have 4 controls that we play in Austria. We'll play one here as well.
Our working time is short, considering the break we gave the players. We have played 58 games, Black Sea have I think 32 - I don't know exactly how many. You can see what it's all about. You know what it's like to play a season like that, what the players' workload is and what the training process is like.
The team is well equipped. We have one new player, but there will be more. We have enough players in all positions. We will get ones that will be higher class.
For me, it makes no difference if there are 4 or 6 teams and the new format.

We have boys from the school, they will also be at the camp with us. I want them to get used to the tempo of the first team game from early on and in 2 or 3 years to be ready. They are very talented and reliable.
