Sport News: Boss of Ludogorets says they will attract new ones, there were negotiations with Viya

Ludogorets gave a press conference on the occasion of the start of the preparations for the new season. The sports director of the champions, Georgi Karamandzukov, announced that for now there will be no outgoing transfers of outfield players, and only Croatian goalkeeper Simon Sluga is expected to leave. The boss of the "Eagles" admitted to negotiations with the star of Beroe Sebastian Villa , which, however, did not end successfully.

"We became champions in a very convincing way. We recorded a successful competitive year. If we were equal with everyone in terms of number of matches, we would have definitely had a double-digit difference in points. We proved that we are with the best coaches and players. It is no coincidence that we have representatives in the national teams of Switzerland and Poland . One goal did not reach us to be first in the group, we showed that there are good footballers playing in our championship, this also shows the interest in our footballers. At this stage, we will not part with anyone, except for those for whom we have assessed that they do not contribute to increasing competition.

There is always the possibility of an outgoing transfer, but we have proven that we are not afraid. We will bring in new players, it is difficult to play with a limited group of 10-12 players in this game cycle. There have been negotiations with Villa , he is a player with a very serious calling card, but I have always said that we hold financial parameters and frameworks from which we cannot escape. That the transfer didn't happen is part of football," said Georgi Karamandjukov.

"We can make the competition. When everything is concentrated in Bulgaria, there is no chance. It's just that Ludogorets is a class above all the others. There is logic in the playoffs for there to be two games, equality, we are for two playoffs, that's normal. 

We will be more interesting for the fans. There is interest in Simon Sluga , he should be transferred to another team by the end of the month. There is interest in all our players , Ludogorets will not stop him if there is interest. 

Ludogorets is selling very expensive, no one will leave at least until the end of the summer," added the head of the Razgrad club.
