Sport News: Beroe is negotiating with three Bulgarians
Beroe is trying to strengthen his squad with three Bulgarian players. Coach Jose Luis Acciari personally admitted this before the first training session of the summer training. The club has already signed two new players in Juan Carlos Pineda and Alberto Salido, but more additions are being sought. Vinnie Tribule is no longer part of the team.
"The management of the club is doing its best to bring in quality new players so that we can be competitive in the Championship. Vinny Tribule left, but we have two new players. These are Juan Carlos Pineda, who plays on the flanks, and Alberto Salido, whose position is behind the striker. We are looking for another attacking player, one with more defensive qualities and full-backs. We have sent offers for three Bulgarian footballers who compete in the First League. We hope that we will be able to attract them to have more options for the squad," said Acciari.
He also admitted that the club will struggle to keep hold of star player Sebastian Villa.
"There are several offers for Sebastian Villa. He is currently a Beroe player because he still has 2 years left on his contract, but we have to be realistic. He is a footballer who will hardly stay with us. There is a lot of interest in him and we are currently looking at the best offer for him," explained Acciari.
